Within Australia
- Standard Freight - $16 is typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase Australia Post Economic Route. Tracking included.
- Express Freight - $22 is typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase via Australia Post Express Postage. Tracking included.
- Orders above $500 are free freight, typically shipped eithin 48 hours of purchase, using the Australia Post Economic Route. Tracking included. The option is available to pay for Express Freight on orders over $500 value.
- Larger dimension parcels, or those over 5kg - $40 is typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase, using either Australia Post Economic Route, tracking included, or Team Global Express, Standard Route, Road or Air Freight, tracking included.
New Zealand and International
- New Zealand Airmail $29.95
- Currently, we do not offer other international shipping.
Post Conditions
Australia Post delivery service will provide a tracking number which will be sent to your email once the order has been dispatched. It does not have insurance. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that residential letter boxes are both large enough and secure as The Prospectors Patch can not be held responsible for items lost/stolen once delivered. If you are concerned about the security of the delivery of your goods, then we advise contacting us at info@prospectorspatch.com.au to discuss "signature on delivery" and/or insurance options that will come at an additional cost.
Delivery Times
Once an order has been received it will usually be dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post depending on the dimensions of your parcel. If an item is out of stock or there is an issue with the order, you will be contacted ASAP by phone or email.
Pricing
Fluctuations in exchange rates occur frequently and will require immediate adjustment of pricing. The Prospectors Patch reserves the right to alter online prices at any time. If an online price has changed between the time of ordering and a price adjustment on our site you will be contacted with the option of continuing with the order or to discuss other options.
