Refund policy

Please choose carefully. Following the Department of Consumer Protection policies, we don't usually give refunds for change of mind or if you made a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty or wrongly described. 

Store credit can be given in some circumstances within 30 days of purchase and a purchase receipt must be displayed. 

Do not return items to the store without first contacting us with your name, purchase date, order number, and item(s).

Please note the following warranty undertakings:

  1. Product warranty cover is provided against faulty materials or manufacture.
  2. To ensure our efficient response to all warranty requirements, warranty claims require an Authorisation Number.
  3. All warranty claims must be received within 12 month of the original date of purchase.
  4. Breakage from use is not substantial reasoning for a warranty claim. This is determined by the product manufacturer.
